Total bummer. What a way to start off the weekend. The news hit CNN a bit ago; I'm still in shock. 5 pounds. That's what I've shed so far, mainly from cutting out second helpings and starting to exercise (I walk every day when the weather is decent); plus I've cut sugar totally out of my diet. Went to see my sinus doc yesterday; things are progressing well after the surgery. He said that everything looks to be in tip-top shape and that I was a "textbook" case when it came to how easily the procedure went and my recovery from it.
